Bingo Night
There is one host family for this event. The host family will select two burger nights from this list: 6/26, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 8/7, 8/14 and will host 2 burger nights!
Approximate Event Schedule:
- 5:45pm: Table set up with table cloth on the pool deck in front of swing set. Table, Bingo Machine, cash box, Mic. etc. are all in the pavilion.
- 5:45-6:15pm: Sell bingo card packs at your table, 10 dollars a pack, collect all funds from the event in the cash box or collect via venmo and submit digitally.
- 6:15: Begin 10 rounds of bingo, you will be the MC, calling out numbers and announcing winners – make it FUN
Planning:
- Flyer is not needed for this event, it will be include in the Burger Night social media blast.
- Ensure there are enough bingo cards, separate them into 10 card packs.
- Ensure you have enough highlighters
- Purchase 20 Gift Cards from around town equalling 10 dollars each (or other prizes) 10 prizes each for both of your bingo events! Examples of gift cards include sweet frog, BJ, barns and noble, pinwheels, soG, etc…
- Submit all receipts for your gift cards and any other supplies for reimbursement.
