Concessions Lead

As the concessions lead, you will manage concession prep for three home meets.

Purchase Materials,

Family Tasks are continuously updated on our volunteer registration link and typically require one family’s support, but may require more depending on the task!

Examples of family tasks include:

• Purchase materials, food and make signage for our three home meets.
• Help with day of set up and break down **the concessions lead does not work during the swim meet)
• Examples of food/ supplies include items for Breakfast Sandwiches, ordering and picking up Pizza, etc..

Planning:

• The Woodledge League Rep will provide additional information with onboarding around what to order, when to order and materials.
