Taco Night

Date: Volunteers must be aware the this event is hosted the last week of June.

Hosts: This social event requires one family to host.

Approximate Event Schedule:

  • 6:00pm: Set up tables, decor, anything else needed!
  • 6:45pm: Help caterer with setting up and prep beverages. Caterer should arrive ~6:45pm
  • 7:00pm: Members arrive, begin event, begin serving
  • 9:00pm: Event Ends, breakdown and clean up.

Planning:

  1. The Fiesta theme has worked will for this event.
  2. We would like to encourage Jordan Patrick be used for this event unless there is no availability, in which another caterer can be used
  3. Confirm pricing and create signup for the event, venmo has worked well.
  4. Confirm budget for this event.
  5. Confirm what decor Woodledge already has and what is needed for this event, table cloths, paper plates, decor?
  6. Set up 1 hour before day of and ask for help if you need it!

Other things to note:

This is an adult only event. No children are permitted.

Guests are encouraged!

This is a BYOB event, no alcohol should be sold.
